During the extraordinary general meeting on 4 August 2023, it was decided to divest the gaming studio, OMI Gaming and parts of the assets of Wiget Group. Since then we have also divested the revenue-share accounts of Wiget Group as well as Brand Legends. The board is now evaluating new business opportunities on an on-going basis.
